How to File a Parenting Order in Tennessee

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Tennesse
I am an unwed father and the mother and i have written out a parenting plan and are in complete agreement with eachother. With that said, we are attempting to file the plan at the courthouse so we can get this out of the way, however, we cannnot find any guidance on what to do or what paperwork to supply to the courts without using an attorney. The clerk, just doing her job, will simply look at the paperwork and tell us whether it is correct or not without giving any guidance either. I understand she cannot give legal advice, but i didn't know that telling us what was needed or a roadmap, if you will, would be considered legal advice. Any Help?
