    Customer Surveys and Naming Employees
Can an employer send out a customer survey, name specific employees and have the customer rate each named employee?

Yes. This is not only perfectly legal, but a very common practice. My bank and my cable provider (both LARGE organizations) have been doing this for years. Several companies I've worked for in the past have done this, and are quite possibly still doing it.

well, it happens every time I go to a restaurant. There is the customer comment card right on the table. I can't imagine what would be illegal about it by mailing it to a customer.

why do you think asking customers to provide feedback about their business would be illegal?
