Change of Employment While I Am with L1 Individual

Hello;

Currently I am on L1 individual.
I would like to know

1) Can I change job with L1 Individual?
2) If yes, what are the process involved?


P.N: I understand I can always have H1 petition ready and look for a job, beside my current L1.

There is no such thing as an L1 visa transfer between employers.

If you have an H1B approved, you have a job with that employer. There is no such thing as "looking for a job" while working on H1B.
