A women hit my boat while in tow. Her insurance company claims she did not
disclose that she did not reside at the address listed on the application for insurance. Now the insurance company voided back to inception date and will not pay for damage on boat. My insurance company will not pay eather. What can I do now. This is in Fla.

Re: hit by boat in tow
You would probably need to get an attorney and file a civil suit against her. Her insurance company may or may not decide to do something different then. If insurance doesn't cover it then through a lawsuit you would seek to get a judgment against her and then seek to execute on her property, etc., to satisfy the judgment.

If the damage is minor, you can go the small claims route and will not need an attorney. What did the police report say? Have you insisted the officer also issue her a ticket for no insurance?
