Unsafe Lane Change, Failure to Yeild to Emergency, 5pmh Over the Speed Limit
My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: colorado

I was pulled over today in a commercial vehicle a flat bed tow truck with car on the deck in denver on I-70E. I was in the center lane hanging out chilling then traffic was slowing down under the speed limit so i turned on my turn signal for a then check my mirrors quick and went back to watchign the traffic all around me changed lanes too about 3 to 4 seconds for it all to go down since i got such huge blind spots. changed lanes bout 2 miles down the road i hear a bleep for a police siren bening turned on and off real quick, noticed there was a cop behin dme wiht the lights on so i got over as fast as i could safely. cop had me get out of the truck and asked me what the hell i was doing saying i cut him off while he was chasin somebody. he clocked me at 71 mph in a 65mph. the car he was chasing had to been going fast enough too suck my doors off then the speed it takes to over him mutiply that. i got the customer writing a letter on my safe driving and he ddint hear a thing either and etc. what should i do i got a 11 point ticket first one ever i mean seriously n ever even gotten a parking ticket before

If you have a CDL and were cited for cutting off a police officer, I suggest retaining a lawyer to represent you in defending yourself against the ticket.
