License Suspended Due to Insurance Ticket
My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Washington.
I did something monumentally stupid and failed to appear in court for a no insurance ticket and got my license suspended. It gets worse. I was pulled over a few weeks ago for expired tabs, and was only given a ticked for expired tabs (thanks to a lenient officer) and served another court date, which i failed to appear a few days ago.I've finally swallowed my pride and asked for help with paying,is it too late? Or can i get my license back once i pay the fees for the court? I'm afraid to check with the court in person for fear of being arrested before i pay them the fees, which i plan on getting within the next day or two. Any help is appreciated, while i know i have noone to blame but myself, this weighs heavily on my conscience.

You need to suck it up, go to court, and take care of things. If you had mandatory court hearings or if you presently have bench warrants, you should expect to have to go to court. It wouldn't be a bad idea to consult a lawyer.
Do your best to take care of everything you can before court - I expect that you will not be able to reinstate your license before court but you can, for example, pay your registration.
