What Will a Prosecutor Find on My Criminal Record
My question involves criminal records for the state of: WV
Have a hearing coming up soon for a misdeminor I had in Feb.09 was charged with filing false police report got out on bond etc.Paid fines got 1 yr unsupervised probation the hearing is for 6 months into my probation to see if fines were paid(they were) and no other offenses occurred.I do have two citations (failure to yield) and (shoplifting which I paid already) My question is what will the DA see when she pulls my record can she see tickets if so what kinds? Also what class is a shoplfiting ticket and if it is paid will it show up at all when she looks?Item was $5.99 paid $240 fees/court costs. My laywer has been informed of all these issues and states the traffic ticket will not affect my probation.
Re: What Will She Find on My Criminal Record
When the DA pulls your criminal record, she will see all of your criminal charges and the dispositions of each.
She's have to pull your driving record to see the failure to yield citations - she doesn't care about those, so she's not going to bother.
