Um...because in many areas, all you need is proof of ID - proof of citizenship/LPR status is NOT required.

How do you think so many tourists get married in Vegas?

    Your marriage is valid. Period.

ok, is valid, but why is nobody whiling to help to get the divorce?? I even send some papers to court, nobody wants to help.

does somebody here knows a lawyer whiling to help get a divorce done?? I cannot go to the USA, I had a visa declined for 10 years, there is NO WAY i can go there, but there is something call fax, post office, credit cards, we are in the 21st century for crying out loud!!!

If you don't live in the US, you can't file in the US. You aren't a resident of any state and that's PROBABLY why no attorney will help you.

The US Consulate can't dictate whether or not a law firm will or can help you....

Well, if you know more than the people here do, why don't you go off and get this fixed all by your onesie?

We're not kidding. You CAN'T file in the US. You MUST be a resident in order to file here. You MUST file where you live. Since you live in Mexico, that's where you file.
