How to Protect My Rights As a Father Before Conceiving
I am wondering if you can help. I have a situation which i would like to try and find clarification on.
I am currently living in Spain with my girlfriend who is swedish. I am from the UK.
She wants to try for a baby but i want to protect my biological rights as a father (without getting married) to have access to the child if we were to split.
Is there a preconception co.parenting agreement avialable that is recognised european wide? Such as my being a donar?
I appreciate any help you can give.

    No.

You will have to abide by the laws in your country of residence.

In the states, the only way to ensure your rights is through marriage. Every other avenue requires a court agreeing with you that you are the father.

I don't know about Europe, but this is a US board.
