If You Run From Probation Will They Come and Get You
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas.. I would like to know if they will come get me at work.. I have a motion to adjudicate guilt...and I will surrender myself but first I need to resolve some issues... I would also like to know...if my charge is a robbery charge will they 3g offend my case when I get to the Texas Department of Corrections prison system. I would like to make parole and I already have seven months of backtime and if I sign for two years I don't want them to 3g the offense. Its only a simple robbery non-aggravated. Another question- can I reopen my case and re-try it if I signed for deffered adjudication...I shouldn't have signed and it wasn't a robbery it should have been a theft and evading arrest.

If I can understand your kind of confusing post, you're on probation as part of a deferred adjudication and you want to know if they'll catch you if you abscond? You're not going to get "backtime" or parole consideration for being an absconder. If you blown your deferred adjudication, you're not just an absconder but a fugitive.
You need to talk to a lawyer, but there's no way this is getting "better" with time.
