How Do I Set a Court Date for Visitation Rights

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Florida

So I'm stuck in a situation where I can't see my son of 8months because his mother is upset that I don't want to be in a relationship with her. We've been trying to stick to arrangements we would make but for one reason or the other things always gets between them. Seeing that we can't keep an agreement, I feel that we need to go to court and set some visitation rights that way we could have something more concrete. I guess it was a bad idea that I told her we should go to court to set arrangements because I haven't spoken to her since then. I really don't know where to go get started but I'm glad I came across this forum because it may be of some use to me.
