What Does "Second Amendment" Guarantee
My question involves civil rights in the State of: New York and the U.S.A.
The following questions are totally hypotheticals. Nobody is going to act on the answers. So please do not be alarmed. Thank you.
1. If someone steals a lot of money from people and they can prove it do they have the right to bear arms to kill the thief under the 2nd Amendment?
2. If the Courts do not provide a person with an unbiased proceeding does this person have the right to bear arms or form a militia to kill people to make things right?
Re: What Does "Second Amendment" Guarantee
The second amendment doesn't say anything about forming militias. Your liberties can be taken away with due process. See the fifth amendment. Nothing in the Constitution says that the punishment for a crime can't be deprivation of various civil liberties...

No.
Have you even bothered to READ the 2nd Amendment? There are no provisions there for vigilante "justice".
One more time, WHAT was in your Cheerios this morning??

You're joking, right? There is nothing in "the right to bear arms" even close to "right to kill somebody". Two entirely different areas of law, and constitutional rights for that matter.

again, where does "the right to bear arms" sound anything like "a right to kill people because you believe it is the right thing to do"?
You do not have the right to act outside of the law. There are laws concerning when and when you cannot shoot another person. The right to bear arms has nothing to do with those laws.
