    Harris by Another Employer
    I work at a school in PA for the past two month"s another employer in the same department has been under my skin i report this to my supervisor and boss and nothing is done it"s a every day thing i never no what to except when i clock in or should i say when i can clock in their are time"s when my time card is destroy or thrown out. rock"s has been thrown at my car on school properties personal item has been threw in trash it"s a he said she said thing but of course no one ever seen or heard any of this going on i was told to call the police but what"s the point their only going to say if i didnt see it then there"s nothing they can do i am at the point to where i dont no what to do :wallbang:

    When you say you've been "harris by another employer", do you mean you've been harassed by another employee?

    If nobody saw this person throw rocks at your car or throw away your personal item(s), how do you know who is doing it?

    And as you posted this as a sexual harassment issue, what does any this have to do with sexual harassment?

    Harrassment (if indeed that's what you're talking about :confused:) is only illegal if it's based specifically and directly on things like your race, gender, religion, or disability. Nothing in your post indicates that the rock-throwing and other activities were based on things like this. Ergo, what you're experiencing is not illegal harassment (however you want to spell it).
