Out of Status Spouse Married U.S. Citizen
I came to the u.s on a visa waiver when I was 12 years old.
and have stayed ever since graduated high school & have a clean record
I recently got married to u.s citizen before that we were together for 4 years.
We are ready to send out my application for premanent residency
Im starting to get really worried that i might get deported.
If that were to happen my husband would have to petition for me.
and hopefully we get remove the 10 yr bar.
please if anyone has been in this situation or knows of anyone
    please let me know.

Because you came in legally, you shouldn't have any problem adjusting your status.

Overstays of this nature are generally "forgiven" upon bona fide marriage to a US citizen.

However, it's vital that you do not leave the country before your residency is approved! THAT will trigger an automatic bar and then you'll have to go through a lot of red tape to reenter the US legally.

    Congratulations on your marriage!
