Unemployment Benefits Running Out and I Am Very Desperate

My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: Idaho


Hello Experts,

I am receiving since November 20, 2009 Unemployment Benefits and my stated Benefit Year End Date is November 22, 2010.

I was receiving a call last week and I was told that my unemployment benefits exhausted on November 22, 2010 and I am not eligible to get any more benefits.

I am really desperate, because of all the around 800 job applications I did not get one single interview.

This is the first time I am unemployed and don’t know what else can I do.

Does anyone have any idea what I can do after November 22, 2010 if I can’t find a job?

I just responded on the other forum in which you posted. You're going to find the expert responders in employment law are quite an insular group, and a lot of us contribute to multiple forums.

Is 99 weeks only apply to California.?

No, 99 weeks applies everywhere.

Unless Congress funds yet another tier of benefits for the long term unemployed, you are out of luck, as are various people I know here.
