My question involves real estate located in the State of: Maryland
There is a paper alley between my property and my neighbor's that is invisible. It looks like our properties touch. Can my neighbor claim adverse possession of the alley from the county?
Also does anyone know if adverse posession time accumulates from the previous owner?
