Assault and Destruction of Private Property

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Colo:Is there a statue of limitations for fliling charges against a juvenile for assult and destruction of private property that happened 4 1/2 years ago if we were never notified at the time?

You were never notified of what? If your property was damaged or you were assaulted more than four years ago, it's difficult to believe you only just now realized that fact.

How old is the suspect now?

We were never notified these charges existed against son. My son had been to court multiple times on a previous felony tresspassing charge which was taken care of as of last Nov. At the time of the alleged complaints he was 14he is now 20.
