How to Get Someone for Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor in North Carolina
My question involves juvenile law in the State of: NC,
My son(13) has ran away 6-7 times, and every time he was found at the same house. Several time the people lied to the law about him being there. are there anything my wife and I can do to these people legally? They knew by the way that he was not allowed to be there, at their house.

First, you'll want to be able to PROVE that they "knew" you didn't want the child there. Best way is to seek a restraining order and have it served on them. You can also ask police to file charges for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, interference with custody, etc.

Thanks aardvarc, yes they did know. The police told them once that they were lucky that we haven't pressed charges yet. We told them on several occasions that he wasn't allowed at their house.
