My question involves criminal law for the state of: michigan
Im 18 and i was walking home and a cop pullled me over told me i smelt like beerand that i was stumbling. i admited to it and got in the car he didnt breathalize me but gave me a court date. should i plead guilty or not guilty if so will it go on my record and what are possible consquences. i was extremely honest and coopertive and have no criminal record

If you plead guilty to a crime, quite obviously that goes on your criminal record. If you plead guilty you will be convicted.
