Okay, recently a couple of my friends got MIPs for underage drinking. I was there that night and i drank too, but i didn't get caught by the cops. I still got in trouble with my parents just not the law. But my parents got a phone call today and now i guess the police found out that i was there that night, can they prove that i was drinking? i didnt have a breath test. I guess i will be notified later for whats going to happen. I am just wondering if i can get in trouble.
