Can I Get Emancipated if I Am Financially Stable
State of Missouri can I get emancipated? I am currently 17 and share a 2 bed room apartment with a roommate and have been doing this for about 4 months now. I heard emancipation is a valuable resource and is wondering can I at age 17 in Missouri. PLEASE HELP

Basically, from what I heard that they would send me money to help me out... I dont know exactly to be honest just kind of wanted to after hearing its a valuable resource

No. "They" - whoever you perceive "they" to be - don't send you anything at all.
Emancipation is for minors who are 100% self sufficient. It is not a welfare/assistance program at all.

So basically if I'm already doing fine on my own there is no reason to get emancipated...

Basically I wanna know what do I get if I'm emancipated and how it's done that kind of helped me but whats the reason to get emancipated... lol

There's really nothing I want to accomplish from this. I just want to know some information about emancipation. Why, and how it works.

You are Miley Cyrus; financially self-supporting and in need of the ability to sign a lease or;
Both of your parents have tragically died in a car-crash, and you need the legal ability to register your younger siblings in school and get the utility bills in your name.
