Crystal ball...say hard to tell. Maximum penalty appears to be 20 years. Without knowing substances, record of offender, and facts of case....cloudy with a chance of meatballs.

First offense, Manuf, poss of other sub in Sch I, II, III or funitrazepam or analogue w.i.t.d.

Previous criminal record but not with drug. It is for receiving stolen goods.

That is a Class C Felony punishable by no more than 20 years in prison. I could not find any literature on possible monetary penalties but I imagine they are stiff.

Please advise this person to get a lawyer...quick.

If you have other crimes, this isn't your first offense.

You don't get to have a "first" in each class of criminal code...

Like others said it's hard to really tell, the prior does hurt you but if it was a drug realted conviction it would bite you a lot more . An old felony conviction may also add time to your sentence. You need to call a lawyer asap.
