Tricked Into Sending Somebody Revealing Pictures of Myself
Alright this is kind of embarrassing to admit. I was on fb and someone sent me a friend request. I'm a male and the person was female. She was really pretty and we started talking. After a few days of talking she asked if I would like to trade pics. I was skeptical because it's the internet and anyone can pretend to be someone else. So I asked her to prove to me who she was and I would consider it. She had a bunch of pictures with hand made signs and my name on it. I figured that was about as legitimate as you could get. So throwing caution to the wind we started to trade pics back and forth. After a few exchanges I noticed she didn't include her face in any of the pictures. I asked why that was and she claimed it was because she didn't want the pictures to be traced back to her.
That they have been exposed before and she didn't want it to happen again. It was a possible story but it just didn't sit right with me. So I requested her to wear certain outfits like blue jeans and a pink shirt, a purple dress etc. Since clearly if she was a fake she wouldn't be able to take such pictures. She kept making excuses for why she couldn't and I began to realize I had been had. It was foolish of me to believe her but her signed pictures were very real so she must be an expert at photoshop or something. I called her out on being fake and she didn't really deny or admit it. She just kept making up excuses. So I went onto her fb and asked if any of the people she was friends with knew her. They all said no and most were guys who said she had also asked them to exchange pictures.
Now I know it was my own stupidity but it there anything I can do about it? I mean she pretended to be someone she wasn't to get revealing pics out of me. I don't want to make a huge deal out of it and pay a lawyer and go crazy but would I have any kind of case or anything?
