    Suspended Driving Privelages
My question involves child support in the State of: Indiana

My ex husband has been order to pay child support, and its court ordered to come out of his check. His boss does not take taxes out of course so he don't have to pay it. But I recently found out his driving privelages were suspended? How far back do they have to be before they suspended them? And how can I find out if that is why his is suspended? Thanks!

Nonpayment of support may result in loss of driving privileges - I'm not sure what your actual legal question is?

What do you mean by " His boss does not take taxes out of course so he don't have to pay it"?

He is 1090 at the end of the year. He had his boss, which just happens to be his best friend, take him off the payroll they day the child support was ordered.

He agreed to it in the divorce settlement, and my lawyer that I had told me to go through the prosecuting attorney to try and get child support. And I have done that. What should I do next?
