Trying to Get a Diversion Program
I was wondering how I should ask about this (my first time being in court/caught). My "pre"-trial is June 11th and I don't know what to do. Should I meet with the prosecutor and ask him before the pre-trial or ask at the pre-trial? (Diversion programs drop the charges right? So it won't be on my record?) Thanks for any help or input you have. (P.S. I dont have a lawyer yet)

It is often the case that you would not be able to talk to the prosecutor before the pretrial, particularly given that you aren't represented by a lawyer. Consider consulting a local criminal defense lawyer to see what, if any, diversion programs are available in your state and county, and if you would qualify.
