    PPO and Girlfriend
If you violate the PPO, you can be arrested and sent to jail. Presumably, the girl's parents fully intend to do that if you violate the PPO.

The PPO will describe your options in terms of challenging its terms. If you do not issue a timely challenge to the PPO, it will remain in effect and will be binding upon you.

    Violate PPO? Get arrested.
I don't know what you are asking.

If there is a PPO in effect, you can be arrested if you violate it.

    PPO
Is there a PPO or not? If there is, you need to obey it. If there is, she certainly can't move in with you until you resolve it.

She is a minor, so technically she would be a runaway if she moved out. The police can detain a runaway, and they can criminally charge somebody who harbors a runaway, although that rarely happens with 17-year-olds.
