    Aircraft Speeding Ticket in Washington
My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: Washington

    Aircraft speeding ticket on I-90, 80 in a 70.
I go to court soon. Requested and received discovery. Ground officer electronically signed ticket and officer's report day of event. Received Pilot's report, but he signed it two months after original ticket was issued. Can I request dismissal based on this? Also, from reading other posts I gathered that both pilot and ground officer need to sign affidavit/ticket, this did not occur. And finally, the ATSM certification is dated September of 2006--old! Any advice greatly appreciated.

Pilot does not need to sign ticket... only affidavit. Only issuing officer signs ticket.

Post any and all discovery up here and we can fined some procedural failures.
