Will I Have to Go to Jail for This Theft by Deception
My question involves criminal law for the state of: kentucky

January of 2009 I had to go to court over a bad check. I paid the check and was put on probabtion for 2 years. I have to go to court again July 29th for 2 checks that i recently wrote, I've already paid for them and have the receipts and everything but I still have to appear in court. What do you think will happen? Will they just extend my probabtion? Or revoke it and make me do time? I'm just curious because I just got a new job and I really don't want to lose it.

You're going to court with new criminal charges, or for a probation violation hearing? Or both?

I got a criminal summons in the mail to go to court over the new checks but I have violated my probabtion also because I was on probabtion for two years from the January of 2009.
