Failure to Signal for Lane Change and U-Turn at Same Time
My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: TX
I was making a u- turn and the officer stopped under a bridge as I was making a that turn.
I've been given two citations :
Failure to signal lane change AND
Failure to signal for U-turn
My question is : Is it get two similar citation like this on the same ticket ? Or am I only supposed to get the worse of the two ?
NB.The officer was waiting under the bridge, and she wasn't following me in a patrol car. Does this work against the state's case ?
Thanks
Re: Failure to Signal for Lane Change and U-Turn at Same Time
You can be cited for every violation you commit.
The fact that the officer saw you commit violations while she was parked as opposed to while she was driving is irrelevant.
