Emancipation Help for Florida

I live in florida, and my name is Kenna. I am a strait "A" student, but I currently do not have a job. I actually just quit one because I wasn't getting enough money. I still go to school, and next year I will be a senior, but I am doing my freshman year at college to get my AA Degree. I never have gotten along with my stepfather, and he's hit me quite a few times. I recently moved out and moved in with my boyfriend (whom I have full intentions of marrying) and his brother and mom. I have looked into car insurance, and health insurance, and I am trying to get an emancipation. I've been on the computer all morning long to get information. I need help finding forms. I have found forms for washington, virginia, and california, but none for florida. can you please help me? I am 17, and I turn 18 Nov. 6. I am a very responsible girl, and I would like to like on my own (well, with my boyfriend). I am very happy where I am now, with my boyfriend.

Florida's emancipation statute requires the petition to be filed by your parents or legal guardian. Would your father be willing to assist you by filing the petition on your behalf?

I live in Florida and need to get emancipated really bad!!! Can you help me?
