Charged with battery in Florida

I was sentenced to be on probation for 12 months and 26 six weeks of
Anger Mgmt. classe. Can I present a motion to get the probation reduced to 6 months ( after a completion of 6 months ), and also, can I present a motion
to get the 'no contact" granted after I complete 13 weeks ( 1/2 ) of the anger mgmt. classes...?...This is in the state of Florida...

You can ask; but as you probably anticipate there is a big difference between what you ask for and what you get. You are more likely to get a reduction of your probation if you have complied with all of the terms (no violations, all fines and assessments paid, all anger management classes complete), your probation officer agrees, and the victim wants the non-contact order lifted.
