    Laws Against Posting Pictures of Children on Public Websites
    In MN.

    I probably already know the answer to this one, but it's worth asking anyhow: Can the NCP (with joint legal custody) post photos of the children on a public website, despite the cp's objections?

    Yes. Even if you had full Legal custody NCP could still post pic's of his/her child on their site.

    Unless the pic's were considered "inappropriate" in some way.
