    Criminal Trespassing in Texas
My question involves criminal law for the state of: texas
I was wrongly accused, harassed, retaliated and arrested for expressing my freedom of speech.
Now I'm facing a wrongful trespassing charge by a dishonest, dishonorable deputy.
I'm an outsider just working far away from home, making an honest living in a place full of corruption and disgrace.
That's what the locals say around here...they call it revenue and small town law.
I'm pretty stressed over this and worry about employment.I can't seem to find any help as they say around here...you're screwed!!the local attorneys, deputies,da's are all friends around here and no outside attorney wants to represent me for the same reason.
I need major help contacting government officials, politicians etc...getting me out of a crime I didn't commit.its just sad when we as u.s citizens have to accept and abide by this 3rd world law in our beautiful country.

Government officials an politicians don't "get you out of" a crime. An attorney, and only an attorney, can represent your interests in the state's case against you. Your only course of action is to hire an attorney - get one from out of town if you don't trust the locals - which may mean expanding your search to a broader level. Otherwise, you'll either be defending yourself, or be assigned another local, in the form of a public defender.
