My question involves paternity law for the State of: Kansas
I just had a DNA test done I signed the birth certificate when the child was born I thought i was the father. She is married now and has been for the past 3 yrs. I lived with the child and his mother for the 1st yr and helped for a total of 2 yrs he is now 6yrs old the DNA test showed that im not the father, is there anyway to remove my name from the birth certificate?

I don't believe that you can actually challenge paternity at this point. -
