If you mean under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (LAD), N.J.S.A. 10:5-1 through 42, the statute of limitations is two years.

cool, thank you for the info. I'm looking this up for my girl. There is a little fear that she will lose her job, and I was looking for the option of a lawsuit.

Under the federal anti-discrimination statute prohibiting sexual harassment (Title VII of the Civil Rights Act), an individual must first file an administrative complaint with EEOC or the state human rights agency and be issued a notice of right to sue in court. The statute of limitations for filing a complaint with the administrative body is 300 days.
