    Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania
My question involves criminal law for the state of: PA

This is a really messed up situation! My cousin is having my Uncle arrested for sexual harassment. She is recently divorced and living alone and called my Uncle to help with some house stuff. Her story: She was showing him different things that needed repaired and said how the house was falling apart since her husband left and that she was lonely. He reached out touched her shoulder and fondled her br@sts. His story: Same as the above minus the br@st part. She also waited hours and finished mowing the lawn before she called the cops. I highly highly doubt my Uncle touched her inappropriately but I am not sure why she would make it up - other than the fact she is the black sheep/troublemaker in the family.

My question: Can she file some kind of a civil suit? I know she needs money because she can't sell the house she has been living in and it has been on the market for a couple of years.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

The cops want my Uncle to take a polygraph - thoughts on that?

    Thank you!
