    Traffic Camera Speeding Ticket
My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: Louisiana

Recently I received two violations for speeding. The vehicles were not pulled over, instead I received the citations in the mail for speeding caught by a camera. There is only pictures of the rear license plate and none of the driver. We have multiple cars and multiple drivers in my family, and while the cars are all in my name, I wasn't driving the vehicle at the time the vehicle was caught speeding. Now people have said that they can not issue you a ticket for speeding if they can not prove you are the driver. However I realized the ticket was issued from the City of New Orleans and falls under the Code of Ordinances as a civil penalty. I do not think this is speed camera system is legal, as no officer pulled the vehicle over. Also, because I didn't receive the violations till several weeks after the incident, I didn't know they have occurred and would have stopped the driver from using the vehicle, after the first instance. I do plan to fight these tickets in court and am looking for advice on the situation.

When you went online and looked at the video from the red light camera, who did you discover to have been driving the car?

The video and pictures are only of the back of the vehicle, they don't have any pictures of the driver. I determined it was my son driving the car based on the time stamp in the video.
