Sending Pornographic Images from a Cell Phone
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Nevada
After being taken to california by friends to recover from a collapsed lung and a surgically repaired broken ankle for four weeks, I received ten days later 3 pornographic and a sound video of the man who has been my partner for eleven years performing oral sex on my "best" friend. I was then told when I spoke with him that he had moved her and her two children into the house we have lived in for almost two years, and was threatened with "being shot in the head" if I came back. I am deeply disturbed by these images, and six weeks later I am still having nightmares and wake up crying and distraught. Can I file criminal charges against them for sending me this extrtemely offensive and disturbing pornography?

You are free to report whatever you want to the police, and they will decide if a crime was committed and if it's appropriate to pursue charges.

Wow. What a sadist. I hope your 'man' was not the one responsible for your injuries. You can have a case with death threat. Being told that you are gonna be shot in the head is a serious grave threat. You would have a stronger case if he texted it or you have recording of him you know like in Mel Gibson case.
