My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Oklahoma i am 15 i will be 16 in august and i am needing major help my mom is yelling constantly cussing me out and telling me to get out i was in D.H.S. when i was 11 till i was 14 i came back home to live with my parents in 2009 they were off drugs i do not want to go back into D.H.S but they keep telling me they are going to kick me out last night my dad was going to take me to a shelter drop me off and leave me there till i was 18 i am going to get my G.E.D because i have no choice the surrounding school are full of gang violence and there are lots of stabbings and shooting so i went online and they dropped me last year i haven't been in school since then so i am going to get my G.E.D i do not have a job my boyfriend just got an apartment and if i could get emancipated i would go live with him i am working on getting a job right now i am about to volunteer at an animal clinic and am trying to figure out if i could get emancipated i cannot handle the verbal abuse anymore at the beginning of this year my dad got mad at me and started pushing me telling me to hit him back they have grabbed me by the arm and pulled me around i cannot handle going into dhs again because of what i was put through the first time i am scared im going to end up on the streets and have nowhere my mom tells me to pack my stuff and get out all the time but she also says if i leave she will call me in as a runaway and i don't know what to do i am afraid something bad is going to happen and i am going to be put in a shelter is there any possible way i can get emancipated when i turn 16?and they are not consenting they just want me gone.

In all states you have to be able to prove that you can support yourself without any help- that includes help from BF, or welfare.
Since you cannot prove that and do not have a job, the issue of emancipation is closed to you.
If you are being abused or neglected your only option is to report it to the authorities.

Additionally, in your state the only thing an emancipated minor can do that a non-emancipated minor cannot, is enter into a binding contract. Emancipation in your state does NOT give you the right to leave home without permission.
