Burglary of a Conveyance - How Much Jail Time
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida

Okay so my boyfriend was arrested yesterday and we haven't heard anything from him or his family. We are looking at the Jacksonville inmate search and it says there are two charges of giving false verification of ownership of pawned items/false entry/Value<$300. two chares of dealing in stolen property. One charge of Burglary/Conveyance; not occupied (no assault; no weapon). And one charge of use, or possess with intent to use, drug paraphernalia. There was a pending court date for earlier this morning and now there is none but still the unsentanced charges, along with a $25,003.00 bond. What does all of this mean? How much jail time do you think this would be? He has been in trouble before for grand theft two years ago, and he is now 18. Thank you in andvanced.

We don't know the full facts or the details of his record. If he wants an estimate of his probable plea deal or sentence he should be speaking with a criminal defense lawyer.

What does all of what mean? If he had a court date, it was probable a bail hearing, possibly also an arraignment. If he has a bond set, he can post bond to get released pending the resolution of his case.
