My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida

Could i get in any trouble? His parents are well aware and have no problem with it but could the state take it into there own hands?

Your boyfriend on the other hand: Statutory Rape. Prison. The rest of his life on the Sex Offender Registry.

He got in trouble with the law & i feel like if they find out how old i am they might take action on me! i know i have not done anything wrong but im pretty sure if they ask if we had sex & i say no there not going to believe me cause in most cases ppl do lie & how would i be able to prove i havent?
