International Surrogacy and Citizenship Issue for the Child
I am a naturalized US Citizen and my husband is legal resident alien(Green Card holder). After spending lot of money and time, we are planning to have a child by using a Surrogate in India. We will be using a donor egg from the US and my husband will be the biological father. Since my eggs are not in good quality we are using an egg donor and will be using the surrogate.

But the hospital i was trying to go said, that I will not get a visa for my child, since i am not the biological parent. My husband is the biological parent and since he is not a citizen, he will not be able to get a visa for the child.

After doing all the arrangement, this was really a big shock for us. We can't offord the high cost of surrogacy in the US. We are also in early 40 's and can't afford to wait, Is there any attorney who would like to represent on our behalf?
