During a search of my personal belongings my pipe was found and confiscated. I was issued a "ticket" to appear in Court. What are the ramifications of not appearing in court?
You will be issued a bench warrant for failure to appear. You may have your driver's license and any other professional licenses you have suspended.
This is not going to go away if you hide from it. You bought the pipe, you used the pipe... now you have to be a big person and pay the price for the pipe.
