Emancipation in Arizona

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Arizona.

My parents and i fight non stop no matter how hard i try to stop it they keep going. Since i've been dating my boyfriend his family has taken me in as much as possible and i'm there practically everyday. When i'm at his house i'm the happiest and hardly ever stressed out.

I would love to live with my boyfriend for a while in hopes of giving my parents and i breathing room and hoping that after a while i could move back in with my parents. (they are divorced have joint custody and i'm getting sick of that too) but my relationships at home are not healthy and are not ok.

I know i dont have a strong case but my mom won't let me move out temporarily and i strongly believe that some breathing time would REALLY help out my realationship with my parents. i plan on getting a job while living with my boyfriend's family and finding a way to hopefully obtain a car and pay for everything i can but i'd be living in his parents house with some help from them. like food and shelter.

i know theres such thing as partial emancipation and you can get out of emancipation after a while and thats what i want. just something temporary because my mom already said she'd call the cops if i left. but i really need a way out. being home is never a pleasurable experience and i'm done with it. help? :(

If mom won't let you, that's the end of it. Period.

Of course you aren't "stressed out" at your boyfriend's house; your boyfriend's parents have no responsibility for you.

As long as you are under 18, if your mom says you don't leave, then you don't leave. Period. There is no law and no "partial emancipation" so-called, that is going to force your mother to allow you to move out if she doesn't want you to.

And you can't really believe that any judge is going to emancipate you to live with your boyfriend or his family. If you do, you are FAR too immature to be on your own.

This isn't even worth considering.

No judge in any jurisdiction is going to emancipate you against your parents wishes because you feel "happier" at your boyfriend's house.

See, that's how minors find themselves parents.

Time for plan B.

i'm 16 and my boyfriends parents take resposibility of me when needed. they give advice and scold me when i've done something wrong. i'm more appart of their family then mine. 13 is just my favorite number

A judge is not going to emancipate you so you can go and live with your boyfriend and his parents.

I've been trying to make things work at home and no matter what i do nothing works. It's constant fighting and tension and now my mother is making me move away from where i've lived my whole life and i don't want to move. I know I dont have a strong case but I need a way out. And I'm mature enough that i can hold my own when my mother isn't watching over me. I'm constantly around older people and the way I think, talk, act, ect... everyone thinks I'm older then I really am. I'm mature enough i'm just not going to be making enough money on my own for a while...

but why can't I let others help support me? I'm still finding a way to live on my own. Thats like saying the government can't give out well fare checks because those people can't live on their own without financial aid from someone else. How does that work?

Hon you're not getting it.

You cannot live on your own without your parents' permission. Period. Even if.

There isn't a judge in the country who will emancipate you.

what if i have a job and make money to where i could live on my own but chose to live with someone else?
