H Visas: Is a Transfer Possible From L1 to Old H1

Hi Murty and Team,

Please see below my US travel and Visa information.

Information Date Remarks First joining date with Comp A 15-Dec-04 First travel to onsite on L1 11-Nov-06 Comp A Going back to offshore (leaving US) 29-Dec-07 Comp A Leaving date from Comp A 10-Jun-08 Travel to US 14-Jun-08 On H1 from Comp B Worked 1 year for Comp B.. 1 year On H1 from Comp B Leaving date from Comp B 7-Jul-09 On L1 from Comp A And rejoining Company A 8-Jul-09 On L1 from Comp A

And I am on L1 from 8th July 2009. The company A somehow activated my new L1 and I got new L1 stamped in India on July 7th 2009.

My concerns is : Is there anyway I can move back to my H1 back. H1 validity visa stamps is till 2012.
I have good offeres from other company and they are looking for H1 transfer options. I am ready to pay money for this transfer also.
