Wrong Race Noted on a Ticket
My question involves a traffic citation from the state of: California
I got stopped this morning for barely rolling a stop sign. The officer was nice and explained everything to me and I was like, dude I've already heard all this I just need to get to work (didn't say it, but was thinkin it). Anyways, I've got brownish skin, and the officer put my race as I, which I believe is for Indian. Now I live in a part of town where you find a lot of Indians but I am FAR FROM Indian. I don't know if I can create a case that I'm extremely offended by the unprofessionalism of the officer to assume my race, but I am very upset by this assumption.
Any insight is appreciated, thanks..

You certainly can make a complaint against the officer by going to the police station where the officer works out of... Just keep in mind that the most it will get you is -maybe- an apology... It will not invalidate the citation.
