Emancipation in Indiana

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Indiana .

so , im gonna be 16 tomorrow , & i`ve been thinkin bout this emancipation for over 2 years now.. & the day has finally came. &ive been reading up on here about how its sorta hard to get emancipated in indiana.. well my mom loves me dearly & she dont want to , but i have a hard head .. & like i said i`ve been thinkin bout this for two years now.. so i`ve pretty much planned my life out .. i want to move to florida with my friend &*her family , because i do believe kokomo has nothing for me. i juss simply wunna be removed from my moms care. but there is wayyyy more to the story then that.. juss a lil version. somebody please help answer my problem ? thankss

well lil miss patty , i did read the others but they aren't answering the questions im asking , & missy , i know how to spell ? see thats why i shouldn't have asked this kinda question online cause nobody gets the whole story..

& i dont need the help of my friends? thats juss where i`ll be resting my head. so take it as help if yu want..

Don't be so rude to the VOLUNTEERS who are offering more time than you apparently want to spend doing your own research.


Emancipation:

FULLY supporting yourself.

Rent
Utilities
Food
Clothing
Healthcare

It does not mean you can go and live with your friends.

Frankly there is no way a judge is going to emancipate you.
