Emancipation vs. termination of parental rights in New Jersey
My daughter is 14 and I want her out of my house, I've been having problems with her since she was 8 and we were living in NY. We moved to the suburbs in NJ to give our kids a better atmosphere but she has still managed to make friends with all the riff raff in the neighborhood. She stays out late, she's in a gang, got kicked out of school, pierced her tongue, having sex (everytime I turn around I hear a new boys name) Hoe in training, and teaching my 4 yr old how to be a smart ass. Also, I want to know if I could press charges against someone who let her stay at their house without my permission or knowledge and I was up all night crying wondering if she was dead in the gutter somewhere. I don't know what her problem is but she is tripping. She's not being abused, we don't smoke, drink, even go out. all we do is work to provide for her ungrateful you know what:mad:
