In case you were wondering, The Legal Seagull Podcast has almost nothing to do with seagulls or avian law. It is a resource devoted to helping you understand the intricacies of the American legal system and the rapidly evolving world of litigation, and to keep you informed of important and intriguing aspects of the criminal justice system. Let’s face it- there has to be an easier way to learn the law than to comb through mind-numbing, barely comprehensible, verbose statutes written in “legalese.” I have been told I have a knack for breaking down complex legal issues and making them understandable to the general public. I can think of few things more important than understanding one’s legal rights and the legal system- and you can take the first step by visiting the website!
