Biography:
Hi everybody! If you guys can please help me, this is my story:

I entered the US and over stayed 4 years on a political asylum process, which finally I dropped in court I was granted a voluntary departure by Judge Chapas in FL on NOV 24 2004 and I left the US on that date. I've being in Colombia and I have applied 3 times for b1/b2 visa and it has always being denied. Somebody told me I have to file an I-212 form.
I need to know if this is correct. I want to apply again for a visa but I don't want the consul to deny it so I want to file the waiver before the consular appointment ( I-212 months process) and take with me the final decision on the waiver to my visa appointment.
Can somebody please tell me what to do? If this is correct or not? what should I do? Do you think I am able to get a tourist visa one day? Is it bad to own property and apply for a visa? Thank you so much!!
( I have a clean record)
